Michaela Kelly was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2023 having completed her traineeship with Reidy Stafford LLP.  She graduated from Griffith College Dublin in 2018 and has trained in Reidy Stafford LLP since graduating.  She works closely with Elaine Cox and Tom Stafford in relation to Conveyancing and Probate matters.  She deals with buying and selling property, re-mortgaging property, leases and notices for termination.

Michaela deals with the new Enduring Power of Attorney and Assisted Decision-Making Applications under the new Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015.  This includes the new applications for Decision Making Representation Orders to facilitate the Fair Deal Scheme applications

Michaela also deals with Family Law cases such as Divorce, Separation, Judicial Separation, Co-habitation, Custody, Maintenance, Access and Guardianship. 

Michaela is a member of the Kildare Solicitors Bar Association, The Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland.
