If you have suffered an injury as a result of an accident, then you may be entitled to pursue a claim for compensation. 

We deal with all types of accidents including road traffic accidents, industrial or employment, accidents in a public place or in a private setting.

All claims must now be processed through the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and must be lodged with them within two years of the accident.  This is critical because after two years has passed you are out of time to pursue any claim.

You should therefore take advice as soon as possible so that we can determine whether you have a good case, explain the claims process to you, and if necessary, get your case underway. 

We will deal with the Third-Party Insurance Company, arrange Medical Reports, and lodge your claim with the Injuries Board and if necessary, we will bring your case to Court. 

Every case is different and depending on the nature and extent of your injury, the process can take anywhere from several months, to several years, and a lot of the time we must wait to see how your injury develops or resolves, and there are delays both with the Injuries Board and in the Courts system.
