Eva O’Brien was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1990. She graduated from University College Dublin (BCL). Eva specialises in Wills, Trusts, Succession and Estate Planning. Eva’s vast experience includes advising on matters relating to wills and estate planning, trust formation – including use of trusts in tax planning, capital tax planning, administration of estates and administration of trusts. Eva is also highly competent and experienced in property related matters.
