Elaine Cox was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1996 having graduated from University College Dublin with a BCL Hons degree. Elaine specialises in Conveyancing and all property related matters.  She handles the sale and purchase of residential property, commercial property, agricultural land and Country Estates.  Elaine has vast experience of acting for developers in relation to new residential and commercial developments.  She advises both landlords and tenants in relation to a wide variety of property related issues.  Elaine also routinely deals with Banks and Lending Institutions and Borrowers in relation to distressed property sales.

Elaine is a member of the Kildare Solicitors Bar Association, The Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland.
